Operations Associate

We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of US Geography, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

• Monitors the status of shipments from pickup through delivery
• Enters shipment location, date and time into TMS
• Contacts carriers and drivers via phone, email or internet to determine driver location
• Escalates potential or existing service failures to Carrier Sales and Business Development
• Works closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and Carrier Sales Representatives to ensure service level expectations are achieved and clients are informed of shipment status
• Secures shipment and carrier documentation (bills of lading, PODs, etc.)
