Construction Project Manager

Crawford Mechanical Services, a leading mechanical and plumbing contractor, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of industrial mechanical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• OSHA 30 certification required
• PMP certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing projects in industrial mechanical construction
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings
