Sr. HR Generalist

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist or Senior HR Generalist to support their multi-state, multi-location workforce.

Requirements

• Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring the completion and accuracy of hiring information, pay rates, and status changes.
• Provide HR support on acquisitions related to onboarding and integration of employees.
• Administer and manage all aspects of employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, ADA, and personal leaves.
