Our client is a proud, fully independent game development studio that operates remotely across North America. They are seeking a highly organized Associate Producer to join their development team. The role involves organizing, coordinating, sprint planning, and tracking work for the game development process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in game development as a game producer or equivalent
- Must have shipped at least one full AA/AAA game as a producer
- Proficient with standard project management development tools and methods
- Exceptional knowledge of ADO, Trello, Jira, or other task tracking systems
- Hyper-organized, with a focus on organizing, categorizing, and maintaining databases, file structures, and documentation
- Solid understanding of overall game development processes and at least a surface-level understanding of relevant disciplines, including game engineering, art, and audio
- Experience and comfort with detailed and accurate project planning
- Deep familiarity with sprint planning and burnup and burndown charts
- Proficiency in source control systems such as Perforce or Git
- Written and spoken English fluency
