Job Description
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to be a hands-on, execution-first operator and a true right-hand partner to the Director of Growth Marketing. The role involves paid media execution, optimization, analytics, and reporting across growth channels.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience across paid search and paid social platforms
- Experience working directly inside paid platforms (not just overseeing)
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, cohorts, and performance analysis
- Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce performance metrics
- Understanding of how channels interact and drive incremental growth
