CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is needed to lead the financial direction of a global digital business. This high-impact leadership role involves shaping financial policy, managing cross-border operations, overseeing financial reporting, and leading a finance team. The role requires financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and operational risk management, while maintaining financial transparency and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years in financial leadership roles (preferably in tech, digital, or international companies)
• 3+ years as CFO or in a similar strategic finance position
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• MBA, ACCA, or CIMA (a strong plus)
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling
• Expertise in tax planning, accounting, cash flow, audit, and cost optimization
• Experience with investment, M&A, and fundraising (highly desirable)
• Familiarity with international financial structures and compliance standards
• Proficient in ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel at an advanced level
• Upper-Intermediate+ English for international communication
