Brand Consulting - Manager, Experiential

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Manager, Experiential to support the internal Experiential team and clients in developing and executing experiential marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sports and entertainment experiential marketing and be able to build effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years of experience in sports & entertainment experiential and/or event marketing.
• Understanding of how brand sponsorships work in sports & entertainment, from negotiation through execution, management, and event production.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work early mornings or late nights to accommodate weekends and holidays (if applicable).
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes and items up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in the NYC office; minimum of 3 days per week.
