Brand Management - Executive Assistant

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in its Brand Management division. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience working directly as an Assistant with senior/executive management and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Maintaining and coordinating the Executive’s extensive domestic and international business travel arrangements
• Managing calendars and booking and rescheduling multiple meetings
• Preparing the Executive’s expense report and managing department invoices
• Assisting with research, and compiling information as needed
• Maintaining the company office in Miami and handling minimal duties relating to office management and oversight
