Job Description
The Email Marketing Specialist will develop and execute outbound email campaigns targeting decision-makers across the US, Europe, and MENA markets. This role focuses on identifying prospects, building personalized campaigns, and driving qualified meetings for the sales team using tools like Smartlead, Instantly, and data mining. The position requires technical expertise and marketing creativity in email marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Research and build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and other data mining tools
- Segment leads based on ICPs and personalize outreach campaigns
- Set up, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns with Smartlead, Instantly, and related automation tools
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, bounce rates) and improve deliverability
- Implement A/B testing across subject lines, copy, and CTAs
- Maintain inbox health (domain warmup, rotation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, spam monitoring)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and drive optimization
- Experience with data mining tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.)
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IT services, or staff augmentation industries
