Job Description
Creative Chaos is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to manage financial operations, develop financial strategies, and provide financial insights. This role offers a fast-paced environment within a collaborative and creative team. The position involves monthly and quarterly tax statements review, payroll processing, and bank account monitoring.
Requirements
- Review tax statements (monthly, quarterly)
- Payroll preparation and submission
- Coordination with support departments on financial matters
- Update bank records and accounts
- Monitor bank transactions
- Check the group inbox and voice messages
- Experience in petty cash handling (vouching verification)
- Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable
- Treasury management SECP compliances
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERPs
- Provident Fund and Gratuity management
- Flexibility to work in shift of 2 pm to 11 pm (hybrid work model)
