Job Description
Creative Fabrica is a fast-growing tech startup focused on enabling creativity through a platform offering inspiration, learning, creation, and sharing. They've scaled significantly and are now looking for a SRE Team Lead to build and optimize their infrastructure and support ongoing development.
Requirements
- Prior experience of managing a team of SRE engineers.
- 4+ years operating and supporting a high-volume, high-performance, cloud-native distributed computing environment.
- Proven experience with Terraform, Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with a wide array of Cloud-based services (AWS would be a strong preference).
- Experience with driving SRE practices and developing automation solutions in a continuous deployment environment.
- Experience with MySQL/Postgres.
- Prioritization skills balancing business needs with team well-being.
- Empathy and communication skills.
