Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide consistent PRN hours at their Assisted Living with Memory Care facility. The role focuses on addressing patient deficits in self-care, promoting independence, and ensuring high quality of life. Therapists will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and five years of direct practice experience.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adequate computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs and develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
