Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant PRN during the week in their Assisted Living in Washington DC. The position offers 1:1 treatments, flexible scheduling, therapist autonomy, and continuous training. The PTA performs physical therapy treatments, assists therapists, and maintains records, contributing to the overall patient care.
Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
- Current license or eligible for license under statutes
- Minimum one (1) year rehabilitation experience
- Active membership in the state and national American Physical Therapy Association
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adequate computer skills
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to policies
