Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist for a consistent PRN position in their assisted living facility. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients using therapeutic procedures to improve independence, safety and quality of life, with a focus on providing ongoing training and support to the staff. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, individualized treatment plans, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Adequate computer skills
- Demonstrated competency in applied physical therapy principles
- Knowledge of accreditation standards
