Job Description
We are a top place to work, offering a paid summer internship program for college students. The Data Science/Analyst Intern will work with the Risk Analytics and Data Science organization to leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to drive business growth and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python and MySQL, with hands-on experience in using Github/Bitbucket and Jira for code management and project tracking
- Experience in or a desire to learn tools like Google Sheets for data analysis and presentation, showcasing the ability to manage and process data efficiently
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- An exceptionally strong desire to take on ownership roles in projects, learn new skills, see how analytics can drive value in industry
