Software Engineer II, Data

We are seeking a Software Engineer II, Data to join our Engineering and Analytics Team. As a Software Engineer II, you will design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and models across batch and streaming architectures, supporting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. You will work with your users to enable them to consume data in a meaningful way and contribute to projects, collaborate with team members, and ensure that solutions meet quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with exposure to cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, SQL, etc.), data modeling, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to process structured, semi-structured (e.g., JSON, Parquet), and unstructured data (e.g., logs, text).
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM or Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with designing batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Understanding of data modeling and schema design principles.
• Awareness of data governance and quality frameworks.
