Engineering Manager, Android

Credit Genie is a mobile-first financial wellness platform that leverages artificial intelligence to provide personalized insights and build a financial ecosystem. As the Engineering Manager for the Android team, you will lead a talented group of engineers building and continuously improving Android apps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing mobile engineering teams of 5 or more
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping native Android applications in production
• Experience building and operating mission-critical mobile applications at scale, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and release safety
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex projects
• Experienced in mentoring future leaders and growing talent
• Fosters a culture of ownership, accountability, and urgency
• Familiar with incident management and on-call operations
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with a bias for action
• Solid understanding of security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
