Job Description
The Fraud Prevention Analyst is responsible for operational support duties of the Department, and assists in originating, implementing, and maintaining the Credit Union's fraud management program to ensure conformity and adherence with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Experience with fraud prevention/analytic tools
- Excellent communication, writing, and critical thinking skills
- Strong grasp of data analysis tools and techniques; awareness of current and emerging fraud schemes
- Ability to prioritize high-volume, time-sensitive workload at peak times
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to exercise good judgment within established guidelines
- Professional but firm demeanor
- Exemplary interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a diverse environment
- Good judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive topics
