Requirements

• Provide effective leadership to the title department
• Set performance expectations, provide mentorship and guidance
• Develop and maintain effective quality control measures
• Implement and optimize operational workflows and technologies
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams
• Work closely with the CFO or finance team
• Monitor key performance indicators, financial results, and industry benchmarks
