Sales Development Manager

We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our outbound sales development representatives and two BPO partners, blending team leadership, performance optimization, and modern contact strategy. If you're equal parts coach, operator, and strategist, this role offers a major opportunity to influence our growth engine.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years leading outbound or inside sales teams (financial services or debt settlement preferred)
• Experience managing BPO partners
• Strong understanding of CRM, dialers, routing, SMS/email tools (Salesforce a plus)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
