Job Description
CreditAssociates is a leading direct-to-consumer financial services company seeking a Settlement Advisor to present settlement terms to clients, review accounts, and validate funds. This role involves educating clients on settlement status, structuring terms, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires strong customer service and organizational skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or higher education
- 1-year + experience in debt settlement experience or financial services experience
- Competitive and highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
