Job Description
Creditstar Group is a rapidly growing international consumer finance company seeking a Senior Data Engineer to shape their data engineering strategy and lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable data solutions. This role focuses on supporting advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-time decision-making, requiring both technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in data engineering
- Proven track record in architecting and scaling data solutions
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Deep understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and streaming technologies
- Experience with MLOps practices
- Good mentoring and communication skills
- Strong project management and execution skills
