Line Leader (1st Shift)

Crescent Line Leaders are responsible for the production line manufacturing processes and people to ensure processes meet / comply with applicable Safety, Quality, Regulatory & Customer standards and Productivity requirements.

Requirements

• Safety: Read and understand Doing it Safe, Ensure production line is properly set up and operates safely, Participate and promote Safety Observations
• People: Recognize and motivate talented line workers, Train the production line people, Work closely with support staff
• Productivity: Work with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments, Plan and schedule each hour of the shift
• Quality: Execute and coordinate employee training, Follow detailed assembly instructions, Ensure traceability of all materials
• Data Integrity: Accurately track all products and materials, Complete required documentation and administrative tasks
• Customer Value: Complete paperwork and administrative tasks, Identify and support continuous improvement efforts
• Financial: Operate within the required staffing requirements, Continually seek out means to remove sources of waste
