Job Description
Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Manager to oversee and lead cultivation operations. This role involves overseeing site projects, managing a team, and serving as a link between the site and corporate resources. The company is focused on regulatory compliance, product consistency, and providing a legitimate experience for cannabis consumers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Oversees cultivation tasks and processes.
- Manage the day-to-day operations for cultivation, including environmental monitoring and nutrient protocols.
- Manage and train a cultivation team.
- Ensure proper training and development of employees.
- Schedule weekly garden and inventory checks.
- Maintain and audit SOPs & KPIs.
- Track inventory and assist the Director.
