Job Description
Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of its production facility. The supervisor will manage a team of technicians and ensure that all systems are functioning properly, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security. This role requires strong leadership and technical knowledge. Cresco Labs prioritizes quality, product consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in industrial facility maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and piping systems
- Ability to read and interpret machine prints
- Experience in a production environment
- HVAC certification preferred
- Strong communication and delegation skills
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work under pressure
