Packaging Agent - 1st Shift

Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by department leadership, measuring, packaging, and labeling products, and maintaining a sanitary work environment.

Requirements

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
