Job Description
Cresilon is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an efficient and effective aseptic manufacturing operation in Brooklyn, New York. This full-time, on-site position requires collaboration with stakeholders, engineers, and technicians to ensure quality, cost, and safety. The role involves troubleshooting process and equipment challenges, maintaining GMP compliance, and continuously improving production processes. The supervisor will oversee operations related to the second shift of technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on science or engineering preferred
- 3+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience
- GMP cleanroom operations experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Regulatory inspection experience
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma
- Working knowledge of quality management systems
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
