RRBB Accountants + Advisors, an independent, full-service accounting and advisory firm, is hiring a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting. This role combines technical bookkeeping expertise with strong organizational skills and client communication.
Requirements
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews
- Run and analyze QuickBooks reports
- Process payroll and assist with other accounting tasks as needed
- Prepare journal entries and sales tax worksheets
- File state tax returns upon approval from staff and/or management
- Follow up on completed engagements submitted to managers for review
- Manage client accounts in a timely and effective manner
- Assist with administrative functions as needed
