The role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing client service, and participating in training programs. It requires strong technical, client service, and administrative skills.

Requirements

• Prepare complex tax returns (corporate, partnership, S-Corp, and not-for-profit).
• Review less complex returns prepared by staff.
• Analyze IRS notices and draft responses.
• Prepare tax projections and estimates.
• Serve as a key client contact and communication source.
• Manage tax projects and ensure efficient work processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Work seamlessly across accounting and consulting practices.
