Job Description
Mechanical Service Solutions (MSS) is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Partner Sales Representative to help expand their service and retrofit business. This role is responsible for owning customer engagement, pipeline development, and revenue generation across new and existing accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business sales experience; MEP, HVAC, building automation, energy, or infrastructure markets preferred
- Familiarity with federal, state, institutional, or healthcare procurement environments a plus
- Proven ability to engage customer leadership and navigate multi-tier decision processes
- Experience building pipeline and go-to-market strategies with cross-functional input
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM system
