Job Description
We are looking for contractors to join our network to conduct environmental due diligence investigations, specifically Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), for commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements
- Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI)
- 5+ years’ experience conducting Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments in the commercial real estate industry
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline (preferred)
- Familiarity with Quire writing platform and templates preferred
