Job Description
This full-time, hybrid position focuses on bridging business needs and technical solutions within an organization. The Business Analyst/MES Developer collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements, design/develop software, and optimize Epicor ERP and Advanced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) modules. This role requires both analytical and practical skills in data analysis, system development, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Collaborate with business units, stakeholders, and end-users to gather business requirements.
- Design and develop software solutions that address identified business needs.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data to support business analytics.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate software solutions.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
