Job Description
The Assistant Hotel Manager must have knowledge of all hotel departments, refined skills in public relations, and at least 3 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Department onboard a cruise vessel. They must also have strong computer skills and knowledge of HACCP. The role involves managing Heads of Departments, supervising crew members, and ensuring the highest possible quality standards onboard.
Requirements
- Knowledge of all hotel departments
