Internship

This is an internship position at a cruise ship recruitment company. The candidate will support the recruitment process, assist in marketing and social media management, and work with a CRM software called Manatal.

Requirements

• Assist in screening and reviewing applications from potential crew members.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to crew recruitment.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract potential crew members.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media channels, website, and other marketing platforms.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
• Support the management of traditional media channels, such as newspapers, magazines, and television.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials and press releases.
• Assist in organizing media events and press conferences.
• Maintain relationships with media partners and assist in negotiating advertising contracts.
• Utilize Manatal to organize candidate information, track recruitment stages, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records.
