Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client in a part-time, dynamic role combining financial record management with client engagement. This role involves bookkeeping, commission tracking, investor log management, and direct client interaction, requiring a proactive and empathetic approach.
Requirements
- Maintain and update financial scorecards and Excel spreadsheets weekly.
- Accurately track sales data and commissions using an enrollment tracker.
- Reconcile records to align financial data with current transactions and forecasts.
- Proactively contact clients who have been declined to provide guidance and explore alternative solutions.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients via phone and email.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
