Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of MRF and SRF documentation and processes
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral to native accent)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B and B2C environments
- Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations
- Proficient in CRM systems, lead generation, and LinkedIn outreach
- Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently to meet sales targets
