Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client relations.
- Familiarity with the staffing and recruiting industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
