Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support regulatory, operational, and risk management initiatives for a client. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AML/CFT frameworks and international compliance standards, with an emerging understanding of digital asset compliance. This role requires integrity, analytical skills, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, FATF, OFAC, and FinCEN standards (preferred)
- Experience with blockchain tracing tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic) (preferred)
- Skilled in risk assessment, control evaluation, and remediation planning
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
- Availability to work 20–30 hours per week
