Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support regulatory, operational, and risk management initiatives for a client. The role involves conducting reviews, preparing compliance documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations, especially related to digital asset compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AML/CFT frameworks, KYC/CDD processes, and an understanding of international compliance standards.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, FATF, OFAC, and FinCEN standards
- Experience with blockchain tracing tools
- Ability to interpret financial and digital asset transaction data
- Skilled in risk assessment, control evaluation, and remediation planning
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
- Availability to work 20–30 hours per week
- Internet connection with at least 15 Mbps
