Job Description
We are seeking a customer success manager to proactively engage with clients and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes with our products/services. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, providing support, driving retention, and identifying growth opportunities. The CSM will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance, training, and resolving issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Experience in the SaaS, e-commerce, or finance industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango)
- Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
