Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to drive long-term customer relationships and maximize customer satisfaction. The CSM will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance on our products or services, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Experience in the SaaS, e-commerce, or finance industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango).
- Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
