Job Description
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support and empower a C-level team and manage their social media channels. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, while maintaining confidence and handling high-level systems. The position is remote with a 6-7 USD/hour starting rate.
Requirements
- At least two years of solid experience in an administrative role as an Executive Assistant
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Solid experience with calendar management, email management, and project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
