Job Description
This Hubspot Coordinator role focuses on empowering the Sales Team with HubSpot, Apollo, and Zapier to enhance sales processes, optimize CRM database management, and improve outreach. The role requires proficiency in data management, workflow optimization, and cross-department collaboration. It emphasizes data quality, lead enrichment, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, data management, or B2B sales
- At least 6 months of experience with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
- 1-2 years in client success or end-to-end sales experience
- Hands-on experience with Zapier integration for sales workflows
- Data Management: Proficiency in organizing and maintaining data
- System Analysis: Ability to analyze and optimize systems
- CRM Management: Expertise in CRM management, particularly with HubSpot
- Lead Enrichment: Experience with enriching leads using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn
- Data Quality Assurance: Proactive approach to scrubbing and ensuring the accuracy of leads and CRM data
- Research Skills: Strong ability to gather and interpret relevant information for lead enrichment
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Zapier Integration: Proficiency in using Zapier for automating workflows and integrating tools
