Job Description
This role focuses on optimizing sales processes and empowering the Sales Team through HubSpot, Apollo, and Zapier. The ideal candidate will be a proficient CRM and data management expert, able to lead enrichment, data quality, and improve sales outcomes. They will also facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, data management, or B2B sales
- 6-12 months experience with HubSpot CRM (preferably)
- 1-2 years in client success or end-to-end sales experience
- Hands-on experience with Zapier integration
- Internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
- Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5/Ryzen 5 processor
- 8GB RAM
- Smartphone for communication
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Backup device (laptop/desktop), working during power interruptions
- Basic peripherals (webcam, headset)
