Job Description
CrewBloom is seeking a Sales Development Representative specializing in outbound sales to identify and engage potential clients in Latin America. This role focuses on generating qualified leads and contributing to the overall sales success of the company. The SDR will conduct outreach, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain detailed records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or related experience
- At least 2 years of experience in cold calling/lead generation for IT staffing and professional services
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong organizational skills
