Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in real estate to drive sales and generate qualified leads. The SDR will focus on proactively reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and assisting the sales team in the process of creating new business. The role involves outreach through channels like phone, emails, and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably with a focus on the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including terminology, trends, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-driven and highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales outreach tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Internet Connection: Primary connection with 15 Mbps, Backup with at least 10 Mbps.
- Primary Device: Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5, 8th gen or newer, or AMD Ryzen 5.
- Backup Device: Must meet or exceed performance of Intel Core i3.
