Job Description
CrewBloom is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive initial sales opportunities for their Outbound Sales team. The SDR will proactively engage potential clients through outreach, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. This role is primarily remote and focuses on generating qualified leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business related fields
- Prior sales experience in flower or trade
- B2B or B2C experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
