Senior Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to design, execute, and manage lead generation and referral development strategy. Oversees sourcing, research, outreach, qualification, and scheduling of pre-assessment appointments.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, appointment setting, or referral development (healthcare/home care strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines and outbound/referral campaign strategies
• Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize outreach performance
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• High organizational discipline and strong follow-through
