Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between sales and technology, translating customer needs into tailored solutions. This role involves configuring demo environments, providing technical assistance, and contributing to the smooth transition from sales to operations. Collaboration with Account Management is key.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of the background screening industry
- Functional understanding of APIs and browser-based integrations
- System Requirements: at least 15mbps for the main internet, at least 10mbps for backup, a desktop with i5 processor and 8GB RAM, and a laptop with i3 for backup
- At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup, a webcam, noise-canceling USB Headset, and a quiet, Dedicated Home Office
