Job Description
The Spanish Bilingual Support Representative will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients in Spanish and English through calls, emails, and text messages. This role involves handling document submissions, invoice payments, customer support, and training on the company's business model. The position is remote, based in Mexico.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in basic computer applications and communication tools
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles (preferred)
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
